1. Entry is open to customers making a purchase of $20 or more at any participating store at the Old Bank Arcade (exclusions apply) during the promotional period.
2. The promotional period commences at 9am Wednesday 26 April 2023 and closes at 5pm on Thursday 11 May 2023.
3. All winners will be drawn and announced on The Hits radio station from 1-5 and 8-12 May.
4, A valid receipt must be securely attached to the entry form as a proof of purchase.
5. Winners will be invited to collect their prizes from the Centre Management office at the Old Bank Arcade at a mutually suitable time.
6. All entrants’ details will be retained by the Old Bank Arcade and included in the VIP Quay Club database (only if indicated on the entry form) and will not be shared with a third party.
7. The “It’s a Birthday at the Old Bank” prize draw consists of daily prizes of $100 ‘Old Bank Currency’ gift vouchers, one draw per day between 1-5 and 8-11 May 2023 and the major prize being a trip for two to stay at the Hilton Lake Taupo.
8. Prizes supplied by the Old Bank Arcade are in the form of ‘Old Bank Currency’ gift vouchers and are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. Vouchers are valid until the expiry date indicated and no change will be given.
9. The major prize is intended to be two-nights’ accommodation for two people in a room of the winner’s choice at Hilton Lake Taupo and provided in the form of a Gift Certificate to the total value of $600. Any costs incurred above $600 are to be met by the winner. Also included is a Food & Beveridge Certificate to the value of $300. The Gift Certificates Accommodation and Food & Beverage) may be combined and put towards the total amount for the stay, with the winner meeting all costs above the combined Gift Certificate values.
10. Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from date of issue and are redeemable at Hilton Lake Taupo only. The voucher must be redeemed in full and is only valid once. The physical voucher or original PDF must be presented at check in to be redeemed. It is not redeemable for cash in whole or part, cannot be extended, is non transferrable, is non-refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. If lost, the Gift Certificate(s) cannot be replaced. All services and bookings are subject to availability. The major prize (or any portion thereof) cannot be on-sold or placed on any auction sites and will be ticketed in the name of the winner. All Gift Certificates are inclusive of GST.
11.Incomplete or indecipherable entries will not be accepted as a valid entry. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
12. All prizes must be collected from the Old Bank Arcade within 30 days of the prize winner being contacted. The prize must be collected in person and prize(s) may be forfeited if these terms not adhered to.
13. By entering you agree to your name and/or photo being used for promotional purposes.
14. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.
15. Employees of the Old Bank Arcade retailers’, Old Bank Arcade management and their immediate families are not permitted to enter.
16. In its absolute discretion, the Promoter (the Old Bank Arcade) reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits any entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
17. Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding any decision made.
